You will simply have to input your age, weight, height, your level of activity, and how much weight you want to lose for these calculators to determine the number of calories you need to eat daily. It is easier to stay on target with your weight loss when you know the number of calories each day you should consume.

Make a list of your favorite vegetables and fruits to help you on your path to losing weight. When you use fruits and vegetables you already enjoy, you will be more excited about your weight loss journey. These will typically be wonderful options for you to use when juicing as well. Mix up the fruits and vegetables you enjoy to keep your diet interesting so you will not get bored with it.
