Have you been struggling to lose weight, or body mass? If so, I am sure you would love for some of that mass to go missing!
If you’re like me, you are probably tired of the fad diets that promise great results but never seem to deliver on their promise. Well, don’t worry, I’m not going to make you promises. In fact, I will tell you upfront…losing weight is hard work!
If you are like me, you prefer to do things naturally instead of using pills, surgery, or other options that can do more harm than good. That is exactly why I started this page. When you lose weight the natural way, it tends to stay off because it becomes more of a lifestyle than a fad.
Though it took me a while to lose the first 50 pounds, the work I had to put into it motivated me to keep it off. In my opinion, the best way to lose weight and live a healthy life is to eat fresh organic produce, preferably grown from your own organic garden, and to regularly exercise.
When I started my journey, I also started my own garden. I will be discussing many of the benefits of gardening organically since that was a big help for me in my journey.
