Lucifer was the fifth dimensional Lanonandek administrator of the Local Solar Sector at Orion to which the Earth solar system belongs. In order to effect his plan of an accelerated evolution within the lesser frequencies of the fourth dimension, Lucifer and his minions tried to create a Matter Substance time line haven for consciousness outside of normal fourth dimensional time, place, and space.

The purpose of their misanthropic creation was to expand Self Will expression for the selfish benefits of self rather than for the proper Free Will expression of love and service to the Creators. The resulting imbalance created a turbulence felt all the way through Christ Michael's Local Universe.

When the harmony of his Command began to deteriorate as a result of the disharmonious frequencies he had introduced into the matrixes of the Local Solar Sector under his Command, Lucifer tried to access the higher frequencies above him by attempting to bypass Christ Michael whom he considered self-appointed.

When all his bypassing efforts came up empty handed, and the forewarned short circuits against the original blueprinted manifestations of Creation began to become evident, rather than accept full responsibility for his mis-creations, Lucifer rebuked it all in a fall of pride.

In a miscreant of Reality he declared that the consequences of his effects upon the greater laid plans were not a reality because the notion of greater laid plans were but fabrications used by those higher up to hold sway over those beneath.

More specifically, Lucifer disclaimed the hierarchy above him. Declaring that all above were self-appointed and the universe was itself made. In particular he advocated that Energy ran free in the Even Pool and was free for the taking. His fatal mistake.

The Even Pool is completely devoid of Energy. Energy came into being solely as Crisscrossing lines through the conscious unification of Alpha and Omega. Energy became useable only by way of their point and center Cube and Sphere living atom projection of themselves. Beyond the scope of consciousnesses, Energy does not exist.

Within his original endowed capabilities, Lucifer was well aware of the fact. As the allure of his new found ideas became more and more persuasive however, he started to more and more blur the lines of Reality until he finally lost sight of the original altogether.

Lucifer eventually misconstrued it all into a rebellious manifesto of self-centered Will known officially as 'The Luciferion Self Will Rebellion of the Cosmic Overplus'. Meaning Will which is subservient to the needs of the outer consciousness self.

Lucifer presented his manifesto before the Galactic Council which was under the Command of Christ Michael of Salvington. The manifesto was rejected. Lucifer and his compatriots subsequently set forth to create a self will Universe of their own which was completely free of ties to the normal laws of Creation.  

Lucifer's manifesto had forsaken Christ centered free Will, Desire, and Action to love and serve the Creation for the Creators in total Melchizedek Co-Creative Christ responsibility, and had replaced it with a policy of complete self severance. Which, through the ensuing polarity misalignment, quickly deteriorated into the spiritual madness of complete ego centricity.

As the rebellion began to spread, the higher dimensional down-coming energies from on high quickly became turbulent as the consciousness controls upon them began to go amiss. The waters muddied considerably when the female side of Satanuk, a young third level Lanonandek Son/Daughter in training, became ambassador and took the manifesto to the Planets.

As the Lanonandek who had set up and administered the Local Starr System of Orion, Lucifer's consciousness was the staff channel through which the upward flowing staff/starr energies from the lower consciousness matrixes under his command were returned to the Creators for their glorification.

Lucifer had become no longer aligned with the higher powers above him. Whatever smatterings of unharmonious static energies under him started filtering back up through the alignment discordances he had created by his actions underneath, stopped with him, who bore the full brunt.  

Thus in the folly of things done outside faith, Lucifer paid the price. Once a being of great radiant light, he is little more now than static electricity. Sitting weeping in solitary confinement on Zaab for the last three million years, Lucifer shares the same fate as all who participated in the outright abrogation of the Law. Awaiting the call for redemption once things have settled back down enough to handle the particularly discordant nature of his frequencies. 'Alas poor Lucifer, how you have fallen'.

The mistake in Lucifer's misconstrued percept of Energy had been a simple one. Being in a dimension in which the Energy factor was stepped down by design, in his enthusiasms for his new ideas he had come to lose sight of the role by which the higher Triune Soul Atom/Atum action governs the matrixes of consciousnesses in projections.

He had therefore started taking the presence of the higher matrixing factor as a rightful due, not a consequence. He had also taken it as a due not a consequence that any higher consciousness matrix under the conditions of, for example, a projection into a time line, would have to promote the matriculation of the outer aspect more robustly as he had envisioned else suffer the loss of the projection. 

Given what he had needed to know to do his job according to his ordainment, he had been partially right in this assessment. Because of initial attribution, the Intelligence factor of the Soul Atom/Atum in any projection is always 'on' full bore from the upper projectional levels of the Soul Atom/Atum.

The Substance factor down through the staffs allowing the projectional materializations of the projection to fully manifest, is always also fully 'on' in given conjunction with the Intelligence factor through the balancing action of the Christ Energy factor. It was the Christ Energy balancing factor in the middle that was the problem.

In the Descendancy, the Christ Energy Factor is always also fully 'on' too in accordance with the attributed ordainment and current projectional assignment. Under normal circumstances, the upper and outer projectional matrixes are all but the same. In the Ascendancy, the Christ Energy factor at any stage is only according to the current level of attainment, with the upper always remaining on top as the goal or motive to attain towards in faith as a properly progressing upward pull of spiritual polarity.

It is the Christ Energy factor that determines how much of the full present Intelligence of the Soul Atom/Atum is actually provided to the outer consciousness matrix for the responsibility at hand, and therefore how much Substance materialization is consequently acquired as a result. And the Christ factor of the projecting Soul Atom/Atum itself is the determiner of that, not outside or absolute factors.

The fifth dimension is where evolution begins. It is the dimension of Intelligence and Substance. It is lower in Christ Energy attribute in order that the evolution always experiences the maximum differential between themselves and their upper consciousness matrix as the most positive upward possible motivator in the matter of faith.

Being in a dimensional existence where the Christ Energy factor was already somewhat stepped down by design, Lucifer eventually started rationalizing that the Energy factor was a ho hum affair, and assumed that what was 'as such' present in any given case was also present as an always 'automatic' full bore exemplar in every case.

What he had lost sight of was the fact that it is one hundred percent the privy of the Soul Atom/Atum in any projection at any level in any dimension, to present to the outer consciousness matrix  exactly what from the upper consciousness matrix it deems most appropriate for the projection to fulfill its current projectional responsibility to its greatest capacity. Or is needed for its level of evolution at that particular point. Or is required for the greatest good, regardless of the sophistication or lack of sophistication of the particular projection. Even for the Descendancy.

For the Ascendancy in particular, it is according to whatever serves them best to help them evolve in the most harmonious manner possible to their next level of Christ understanding within the current situation. In other words, there is never a full bore Christ 'exemplar' equivalent to Intelligence in every possible situation. Only that which is needed or for what is to be attained. And only that which serves the situation best for the greatest likelihood of success in the particular purpose of the particular projection of the particular responsibility at hand as the projection's Christ factor of responsibility.

When presenting his overall ideas to his superiors, the short comings in his thinking were pointed out. Starting to become delusional in his earnestness to proceed, Lucifer chose to cold-shoulder the explanations calling it all part and parcel of lesser thinkers trying to discourage his forward-thinking insights into Creation.

Lucifer was able to persuade a few within his frequency to go along with his experiments and try immersions into the fourth dimension. Despite the very urgent promptings of their Reality Atoms not to proceed, a number of dupes projected down into the fourth dimension anyway and were instantly hit with a very, very hard taste of Reality.

It had to do with forming third dimensional materializations. The process was not as straight forward as it may sound. The change from fifth dimensional Morontia Substance materializations to the denser Matter Substance frequencies of the fourth dimension called for very extensive re-matrixing of the existing materialization procedures for Soul Atom/Atums in projections.

The main complication which the Luciferions had to address was that in the magnetic polarities of fourth dimensional Matter Substance, opposites attract instead of opposing. How then, in order to form a Matter Substance materialization, can atoms and molecules of Matter Substance be attracted in along the electromagnetic lines of the projecting Atom when they reacted oppositely under magnetic formulations than the normal Substance related frequencies of Morontia and higher.

The possibility of such a breakdown in the normal Energy flows back up to the higher dimensions did not particularly concern  the Luciferions, who were already in a considerable state of disdain about the higher factors.

As soon as the Soul Atom and Soul Atums started  projecting  into the denser frequencies of the fourth dimension through the deliberate efforts of their wayward consciousnesses, they instantly became concretized and separated from their Whole Atom Self by the deliberate reversal in polarity.

Their Soul Atom and Soul Atums, having had to be part and parcel of the projections in order for the projections to continue as living conscious Beings even at a minimum level, said, 'Since this is not a properly sanctified activity, we will not provide fully sanctified inner consciousness throughput to the outer consciousness matrixes within the projections'. Instead, passing through only sufficient inner consciousness presence for basic life support.

The projected consciousnesses instantly found themselves cut off from all their higher frequency ordainments. And because they had deliberately reversed their polarity from the Creators to the Creation in order to make the projections, they had no way back. The result was psychosis. In the worst case scenarios all the way down to a condition known as demonic.

This is the risk which volunteers face now when undertaking voluntary projections into the third dimension. They automatically become concretized and may become temporarily disfranchised from their source. Their saving grace is that their Soul Atom or Soul Atums are always present in full upper consciousness support for their benefit. Which nonetheless in no way guarantees that they will remain free of conditions, always a risk factor in the circumstances of their birth and upbringing.

Because the Christ Energy factors of the original projectors were severely limited, their materializations were also sporadic for lack of  sufficient balancing factor to handle the Intelligence aspect which was always on full bore. Because of the poor Substance materializations, they were immediately attracted into the lower societal levels of the astral planes by the attraction towards the like frequencies of Intelligence at the bottom. The worst afflicted were drawn into the societal level of the Intelligence octave, that being the frequencies most close in kind to their now severely disrupted matrixes.

Because of the imbalance, the newly formed static Nplus energy factors immediately began generating in floods though their reversed consciousness factor. On Earth it added to the Nplus static already present from the previously initiated conditions, severely contaminating the lower levels of the astral planes.

Likewise, the Energy factors were not sufficiently present for the Intelligence factors to act within their normal mandated attribute, namely Positive Will in Co-Creative responsibility. So the Intelligences became attractively subject to the static of their own generating, eventually becoming a completely absorptive type of Intelligence. A condition in which the Intelligence had become completely negative or attracting in nature rather than projective, called negative Intelligence.

The lower negative Intelligences, or so called fallen ones, are without rudder and are dwelling in the inhabited levels of the first four  octaves of the astral planes. The most seriously afflicted are all the way down in the lowest Intelligence octave frequencies. Some have even become trapped within the mineral substances of the material plane itself until they can be eventually freed by bending their knee to Christ.

Those who have bent their knee to Christ now incarnate repeatedly until such time as a properly willed outer consciousness action by themselves finally begins to establish re-connection back to their Soul Atom or Soul Atum Self through the veil and the process of realignment begins.

Those who had gone along with Lucifer but had not projected into lower time lines, also suffered the same fate of immediate cessation of their full higher spiritual modality for the same reason. Namely, the action was not sanctified and therefore their Reality Atoms withheld the main components of their upper consciousness matrixes from their outer consciousnesses expression. Don't forget, your Whole Soul Atom/Atum is directly from the Father and Mother themselves and there is nothing in between.

Called higher negative intelligences, some of these misanthropes became trapped in the higher astral realms of the Planets on which they were present or had projected. Others roamed the lower frequencies of the fifth dimension throughout the Local Universe in corrupted versions of Radionnic ships until Christ put an official end to their misguided meanderings two thousand years ago by decree on the mount. They are now being rounded up and cast into the Earth as part of the Casted Dragon, part and parcel of the overall activity known as Armageddon.

In reversing their polarity to the Creators, the misanthropes had also cut off their source of eternal Substance materializations comprising their original dispensated Beingness. The Luciferions had discovered however, that since each Nplus charge state has two direct connections to Substance through the staffs and the Cube, by using the new found Nplus static in lieu of normal materializing Substance, they could form quasi permanent bodily materializations of themselves as an alternative within the auric frequencies of the fourth dimension. And then force them into quasi Morontia alternate formulations of materializations for existence within the lower fifth dimension as a forced artificial type of ascension.

Such quasi materializations were subsequently adopted as part and parcel of the Luciferions plan for continued existence outside of the properly ordained blueprints for life. True ascension refers to an Evolutionary Soul Atom/Atum which has made eventual progress to the feet of the Creators in Paradise and has become fully Trinitized.  The term Ascended Master as used in Earth lore, refers to some one who has achieved a successful quasi ascent from the third dimensional Matter Substance materialization of the Earth plane into a fourth dimensional Nplus embodiment. An outright misanthropic usurpation of the original evolutionary principle.

The Luciferions also started introducing stress into the lower evolutionary levels of some of the time line Planets solely in order to provide a rich harvest of the Nplus static material for such illusionary quasi embodimentizations. Many of the Planets still harbouring a lower animal evolution on their surface had it begun for just that purpose.

Because the Luciferions were cut off from all normal Substances frequencies, they had no feelings and therefore lost all sense of Christ love and service in recognition of equality towards others. Consequently, without remorse, they embraced the very disharmonious Draconian style practices of war, slavery, laws, totalitarian governments, and mind control over others in time line situations as the means for quickly providing the Nplus static materials for their illusionary form of supposedly permanent materializations.

What the Luciferions had attempted to do in essence was to elevate the personality factor into a concrete stand alone existence in its own right, completely independent of the Christ factor in behind by using Nplus static and a bag of tricks. Main among the tricks was that by being remembered in the consciousnesses of others, the sustaining of their quasi material personifications was helped. The more the materialized embodiment was remembered in the consciousness of others through shaky arcs in consciousness, the greater it became. The greater it became, the easier it was to be remembered.

The Luciferions latched onto this last result as the final page for their plan of attempted self made eternal continuations of themselves outside of the proper sanctified principles of frequency link continuations from the Creators on down. They set forth to try and establish great and lofty personas of themselves as feared and revered Demi Gods within their environments, in order to become sufficiently remembered as to be able to continue as quasi-static materialized personalities.

For the Luciferions, ascension meant developing a sufficiently remembered materialized personification, and having sufficient consciousness control over it to move back up into the lower frequencies of the fifth dimension as a self enduring stand alone being of static comprisement. They would have thus become eternal surviving beings again, only no longer as a Christ Co-Creator Being responsible to the Creation, but as stand alone self egocentric entities of selfishness instead.

As only the outer consciousnesses were involved,  only the gained Y axis outer persona wrappings of the Soul Atom and Soul Atums were involved in the misalignments, which were drawn down towards the horizontal x axis. The original Soul Atom and Soul Atum x and z axis parts of the personas were not as involved, being necessarily present only as part of the undertakings of life support.

For a while, the quasi materialization mechanism had some successes. A number of self-made Demi Gods such as Xenu, Thor, Zeus, Odin and others as they eventually became known in Earth lore, had minor repute around both Orion and Draco. 

All of that has long since been ended and the scattered remnants are mostly within the Casted Dragon contingent now on Earth facing redemption. More recently, some of the so called 'Ascended Masters' of Eastern mythology have tried using the same technique to continue temporary continuances of their outer ego within Earth's astral plans by fooling adoring devotees into perpetuating their memory.

The same has been tried by occasional religious leaders, royalty figures, and even a few political despots of the past and present.

Because some of the Draconian root race variants had discovered themselves to be particularly facile in the frequencies of the fourth dimension, they were among the first to be allured by, and among the most sorely afflicted by, the rebellion. Both Descendants and Ascendancy were alike affected, which is why the presence of the 'Dragon' in the current Armageddon clean up has been so centerfold.
