The seven Outer Creation Super Universes are all seventh dimensional.
The dimensions are not parallel but nest interactively.
In any given dimension you can readily see into the dimensions below but not to
the one above. You can easily look down onto a two dimensional plane or a one
dimensional line. Most of you however, are scarcely aware of the higher frequencies
of the fourth dimension even though you live directly within them.
The cubistics by which the Outer Creation is
structured are easy to depict.
The character of the fourth dimension is expansion. Its
dimensional attribution is Substance/Energy where Intelligence is the diminished factor. (Fig.
25).

The first four dimensions do not stand alone individually, instead they comprise a conglomerate
of the seven frequencies tied together, collectively called the fourth dimension. (Fig.
26).

The frequencies are present as octaves. Each octave has the other seven within it as levels.
Since
seven times seven equals forty nine, there are
forty nine different
frequency levels called astral planes.
From fig. 26, it is obvious that a completely stand alone third
dimension, which Mankind thinks of as all that exists, does not really exist. Rather,
the first three dimensions of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance,
popularly together called the third dimension, are nothing more than the first twenty one lower levels of the fourth dimension. Namely the first three octaves.
Three times seven equals twenty one.
The fourth dimension is normally not populated.
The fourth dimension is like the foundation upon which buildings are built.
Populations normally begin in the fifth dimension of Creation.
Only a few
fourth dimensional populations exist, mostly aberrant remnants
from Lucifer's attempt to build a subversive Creation pandering to the
outer ego self.
On Earth, aberrant populations exist in all seven octaves. The third level of each
octave is a substance
materialization in astral light. Each third level materialization carries a
population.
The materialized level in the third octave is also a materialization in visible
light. The auric materializations are etheric domains, all of which are higher in
frequency than the visible materialization.
The etheric domains are found as layers around the Earth like
the skins of an onion.
The farther out the layer, the higher the frequency of
the layer.
The lowest populated level is about a thousand
feet thick floating out at roughly a hundred and twenty miles. The second
layer is made of a lighter etheric material and is about four hundred miles out.
The third is about twelve hundred miles out, the fourth about thirty four
hundred miles, the fifth about twelve thousand miles, the sixth about forty
thousand miles, and the seventh, the lightest, is approximately half way to lunar orbit.
Each successive layer is less dense than
the one below. The third octave level of materialization in astral light is not
the same as the third dimensional frequency of visible light, being of a higher
frequency.
Those who reside in the two octaves below
the third are said to be in the lower Hell states. Those who are in the four
above are said to be in a higher plane of existence. Those residing in the third
are for the most part riff raff crippled by inhibiting crystallized thought
structures preventing them from moving for the moment into the other
materializations or reincarnating.
Their presences, at the closest astral
frequency attunement to the visible materialization
accounts for some of the ghosts and other observed spectral phenomena, who need to let go of their ties to the visible third so they can move on to
one or another of the octaves in accordance with their current level of frequency.
Existence in any of the
levels is strictly temporary, subject only for permission to re-incarnate
at the next appropriate opportunity
within the visible third.
Populations who live within the fourth dimension are said to live within a time line.
Populations living in a time line lead very illusionary existences. The third
dimensional materialization in visible light is the most illusionary.
In particular, that you think the third dimension sits all by itself within the
Universe at large is a miscreant of the outer world Mentallized Illusion upon the fact
that the third octave contains a materialization in visible light and
you are currently subject to it.
You are currently time line constrained, and have come over time to recognize
only the testimony of your outer five senses which are attuned to only the
frequencies of the fourteenth to the twenty first levels.
Through seep from your higher dimensional action you also
have some sensitivities to the frequencies of the twenty second level to twenty
eight. It is through these higher frequency sensitivities that you are aware of the
consciousnesses of others and the spiritual potentials within yourself and Man.
Having mostly disavowed your other one hundred and five senses, which
are attuned to the remaining octaves of the fourth dimension, to you, the first twenty eight
astral levels have long since become the all of it. Having created all of your instrumentations to
work within the limits of your perceptibility, your interstellar searchings
likewise fall far short of a true perspective which accounts for your illusionary off world conclusions of science
and the Universe.
For most of you, the beginning of your normal state of consciousness
is the twenty second level, the first level of the fourth octave. The twenty third level is where
your higher
conscious awareness begins. 'The Lord is my Shepherd'. The upper limit for most of you is currently the twenty-ninth level,
being the
beginning of the fifth octave which comprises the frequency counterparts of the fifth dimension in
the fourth dimension.
In your current aberrant Earth plane consciousness state,
your consciousness must be clear through all forty-nine levels of the astral
planes in order to be in complete harmony with Creation. The forty-ninth level
is Triune Triune, the state of completion.
The thirty-third state is the main stamp of the fifth dimensional frequency
component upon the fourth dimension, being the fifth level of the fifth octave.
Thirty-three is the level most in harmony with the frequencies of the fifth
dimension and is the frequency of transfiguration.
At age thirty-three Jesus transfigured on the mount in a strengthened
exemplification of his embodiment. After his transfiguration Jesus was no longer
subject to death.
The main effect of psychedelic drugs is to unplug a user's awareness
from the five senses constraint into one or more of the one hundred and five other senses
attuned to the higher octaves above twenty-eight. The source of their many so called 'Cosmic
experiences'.
In most cases the consciousness is not prepared for the onslaught of new sense
data and the result is a bad or frivolous reaction instead of true awakening.
The fifth dimension is the bottom line
Across all of Creation. It is
the dimension where the Ascendancy begins their evolution and under normal circumstances the Descendancy
works at lowest light. The character of the fifth dimension is perfection. Its dimensional
attribution is Intelligence/Substance where Energy is the diminished factor.

Just as the Creators, originally independent Intelligence and
independent Substance, had to learn about the basics of themselves at their lowest level in order
to learn about their third aspect of themselves at the highest level, the Ascendancy start off as
Beings of mostly Intelligence and Substance in the fifth dimension in order to learn about the spiritual
basics of themselves at the lowest level in order to learn about the Trinity aspect of themselves at
the highest level as eventual Christ Co-Creators at the feet of the Creators in Paradise.
The expansion of the fourth
dimension to the fifth does not follow the same rule of expansion as did the
expansions within the Inner Creation of the higher to the lower. The fifth dimension would otherwise consist of
a cubit which was nine groups of seven times larger than the fourth, and no
additional principles depicted. Rather, the expansion is conducted
so as to produce
a next size cubit which is expanded by a multiple of same size cubits as each of the seven frequencies individually
which clearly depict the character of the fifth dimension. The depiction is simple.
Along the staffs at each corner of the outer
cubit in fig. 26 exists an intersection of two extending rods. Along each extending rod at the sides outside the cubit, exists an intersection of two radiating staffs.
By depicting in six
new appropriate Crisscrossing lines along the intersections,
twelve
new mid point intersections of new radiations of Energy are created around
the cubit.
For ease of viewing, the main diminished fourth dimensional circle of
Intelligence is not shown.

At the intersections of the outermost
Starr of David and radiating staffs,
a new cube can be depicted.
As was also depicted in fig. 13 of Chapter 3, around each of the new mid points, which are now
enclosed inside the new cube,
new
circles can be depicted. New Starrs of David can be depicted emanating through the
circles in conjunction with the existing Starrs of David to complete the
depiction of a new Starr
of David for every circle.
Points exist for depicting twelve new
cubes around each of the twelve respective new point sets. New
rods can be depicted to complete the expansion.
The twelve newly depicted cubits represent the depictional expansion of the whole fourth dimension to the
fifth.

Through the commonality of Substance, the fourth and fifth dimensions are
tied
together as a single unit. The material universe you see when you look out with
your telescopes is actually a fully combined fourth and fifth dimensional
expression. The fourth dimensional Substance is called Matter Substance. Fifth dimensional Substance is called Morontia Substance.
The part you see with your limited five outer senses is only the lower Substance frequencies
comprising the third dimensional visible frequency of materialization portion of
the fourth dimension. Which is the only part of Creation your outer five senses are privy
to. The counterpart within yourself of the twelve new cubits of the fifth dimension,
are twelve
fifth dimensional vortex wrappings
surrounding your whole fourth dimensional outer bodily projection.
The Morontia Substance of the fifth dimension is distinguished from the Matter
Substance of the fourth dimension in that it has no inertia. As with the higher aspects of the fourth dimension, the fifth
dimensional aspects are not visible to your lower five senses
because their frequencies are too high.
The Garden of Eden is Earth's fifth dimension. More specifically
it is your own fifth dimensional body, collectively referred to as the Garden of Eden in reflection
of the fifth dimensional perfection of the expression.
When you were cast out of the Garden, you were effectively cast
out of your own fifth dimensional Morontia materializations into subjugation within the lower material
Substance bodies of the animal world. The animal world had originally been precipitated within the fourth dimension of
Earth for therapeutic purposes only.
That your strictly three dimensional lower bodies are
considered to be the totality of yourselves by yourselves is only because your
dependence upon your lower senses forecloses it. The reality is that even in your
third dimensional subjected state, the bodies you walk around in contain all due
fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensional vortices wrappings.
The character of the sixth dimension is creativity. Its dimensional attribution is
Intelligence/Energy. Substance
is the diminished factor.

The rule depicting the dimensional expansion of the fifth dimension into the sixth follows
in exactly the same way as did the
expansion of the fourth into the fifth, by using external staff and rod intersections as starting
points for
a next new set of rows of
mid points around the outermost cube structure of the fifth and creation of a
new cube, then circles of Intelligence, then Starrs of David, and then new small
cubes to fill in the set. (Fig. 31).

The sixth dimension represents a decided break from the
Substance continuity of the fourth and fifth dimensions.
The fifth and sixth dimensions are harmonized through Intelligence.
The sixth dimension is the inter-phase between the mainly Triune frequencies of the seventh
dimension and
the mainly evolutionary frequencies of the fifth.
As fig. 31 clearly shows, the attunement from the sixth
dimension down to the fifth is through Intelligence. From the Creator Son/Daughters in the seventh dimension, the Creative
intentions of the Creators are passed on down through the creative harmonizations of the sixth dimension
into the board rooms of the fifth dimension as expansions to be undertaken by the respective interdimensional fifth dimensional Descendancy administrators in responsibility.
In Man, the same general principle is also used when
manifesting complex expressions in Creativity. Creative motivation stems from frequencies
which are passed on down from your Triune Soul Atom/Atum within your seventh dimensional
matrix
through the frequencies of your sixth. If
your creative activities are in full harmony with the Creative purposes of the Creators, it is
directly through your sixth dimensional attunement to your own seventh dimensional Christ Triune
Atom in residence within your Pituitary.
As fig. 31 also shows, lines of the Starrs of David in one
dimension connect continuously with the other dimensions both higher and lower. By
thus, the blueprints of the higher dimensions affect the lower, and the
harmonious results within the lower enhance the higher.
Under normal circumstances you would express your Christ
Co-Creative responsibilities to the Creation from the harmonies of your fifth
dimensionality. Because you are currently bound within the limitations of a
third dimensional materiality within the fourth dimension however, an additional
step has been incurred whereby a veil exists between your fifth dimensionality
and third, blocking the passage of your Christ Creativity to your outer
consciousness in most of you. The condition persists until you start to punch
through the view by starting to aspire to re-align yourself to the Will and
Desire of the Creators and away from the lesser allures and pursuits of Man.
The character of the seventh dimension is full Triune completion.
Its dimensional attribution is Intelligence/Energy/Substance.
There is no diminished attribute. (Fig. 32).

The seventh dimension is where the Ascendancy learns to work with full Triune expression
and the Descendancy works with normal light.
At the end of their sojourn in the seventh dimension, the Ascendancy
takes on the knowing of Christed Sons and are ready to move back up through the
eighth dimensional portal into the frequencies of the
Inner Creation on their ever upward progress towards the feet of the Creators in Paradise for full
eventual Trinitization.
The rule of expansion for the sixth dimension into the seventh follows the same
rule of depiction as did the
expansion of the fourth into the fifth and fifth into the sixth, using staff and rod intersections as starting
points for
a next new row of
mid points around the outermost cube of the sixth and fill ins by the respective
points created.

As fig. 33 clearly shows, the seventh dimension
has its own
Substance
characteristic. It is materialized independently from the materialization of the
fourth and fifth dimensions.
The sixth and seventh dimensions are tied together through Energy. The
Intelligence attunement between the fifth and seventh dimensions through the
sixth is also obvious.
The fourth and fifth dimensions are tied together through Substance.
The fifth, sixth, and seventh are tied together through Intelligence. Energy is the only factor which
is equally common on either side of the fifth, as Intelligence is diminished in the fourth and
Substance
is diminished in the sixth.
The Energy in the fourth dimension is different from the Energy of
the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions, being mainly to the physical and auric. The Energy of the
fifth, sixth, and
seventh is mainly to the spiritual. There are no counterparts to the auric
frequencies in the
fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions as there are no expansionary octaves or levels.
As fig. 33 also shows, the main flow of Energy from the seventh dimension
to the fourth is through the Starr of David continuity, which remains continuous
throughout.
The conduction is electromagnetic. From the seventh to the fifth it is
spiritual. From the fifth to the fourth it is magnetic.
The interface into the fourth is through the higher auric fields of the ferrous metals,
iron, cobalt, and nickel. The atomic weights of iron, cobalt, and nickel, are twenty six, twenty seven,
and twenty eight respectively.
Within the forty nine levels of the fourth dimension,
the first twenty one levels are from the first three octaves of Intelligence,
Energy, and Substance. Adding in the first four levels of the fourth octave
brings it to twenty two, twenty three, twenty four, and twenty five
respectively.
The next three levels are the three higher auric levels of the fourth
octave, bringing the numbers up to twenty six, twenty seven, and twenty eight, the respective atomic weights of iron, cobalt, and nickel.
Atoms of iron, cobalt, and nickel are present in the cellular structures of all
living things including Starrs and Planets, serving to distribute the energies
throughout the lower dimensions at large. Electromagnetics is the main factor
holding the material realms together, not gravity and mass.
As attribute of both Intelligence and Substance, the fifth dimension
is also the perfect stand alone common denominator between the Intelligence harmonizations of the
sixth and seventh
dimensions and
Substance connectivity of the fourth and fifth.
The six and seventh dimensions are Christ interactive frequencies.
The fifth dimension is the starting point for the evolutionary's Co-Creative activity, where the Spiritual truth about Energy is
brought forward to the evolution by teaching. From their fifth dimensional Reality attunement to
their seventh the Ascendancy aspires to be Triune.
Through the attunement of Intelligence, material Co-Creative
plans are passed down from the seventh dimension through the sixth dimension into the
fifth. From the Substance alliances of the fifth they are passed down into the
fourth dimension as implementations if and when necessary as physical change.
The changes then take place accordingly, providing yet further
frame-worked scaffolding in the lower Substance and Energy frequencies of the
fourth dimension for yet more fifth dimensional evolutions to exist.
Thus Creation ever expands.
The consciousness laws of Energy are projected through the Starrs of David.
The formulative laws of Energy are
projected through the staffs and rods. The bonds between the consciousness laws of Energy and the formulative laws of
Energy uphold Creation's purposes.
The bonds between Intelligence and Energy uphold the plans of Creation,
the bonds between Substance and Energy uphold the materializations.
The bonds between Intelligence and Energy also uphold the individualized Soul
Atom/Atum
endowments of Creation. The bonds between Substance and Energy uphold their
productivity.
The first reflect the Beings of Creation, the second reflect the Creation
which they serve to build.
Cubistic expressions are expandable through the numbers six and
seven but not through the number five. The number six relates to the twenty-four Families of Creation
and also the one hundred and forty four facets of the throne. The number seven relates to the Seven Days
of Creation and the fourteen dimensions under the Creators. The number five
relates to perfection because it stands alone within the principles of Creation,
reflecting the five dimensions of the Creators above Paradise which preceded expansion.
Rods intersect Y Factors and cubes at ninety degrees. Starrs of David intersect Y Factors and Cubes
at ninety degrees. A very arbitrary
depiction of an expansion around the Outer Creation with the Inner Creation
at the center, serves to imply how Creation is
radiated in parallel lines at ninety degrees to the Creators.

The outer frequencies of the Inner Creation stem directly
from the Creators down through their fourteenth dimensional Cube and Sphere and
directly into Paradise.
The outer frequencies of the Outer Creation stem directly from the Creators down
through their Cube and Sphere
and directly into the seven Master
Spirits of Creation who reside in Paradise.
The inner frequencies of the Inner Creation are tied directly to
the frequencies of Alpha and Omega through the Heart and Center of Creation. The
inner frequencies of the Outer
Creation are tied directly to Alpha and Omega through the frequencies of
Local Universe Son/Daughters who represent the Creators as the hearts and centers of their Local
Universe Creations.
The eighth dimension stands alone as the frequency transformer between the two
Creations.
The eighth dimension is the vast void existing between the Inner Universe and
the great Outer Universe beyond. The distance is measured in frequency
differentials not in miles. In many aspects the Inner Creation
mirrors the Outer Creation across the void.
The seventh dimension and ninth dimension see each other across the void as
dimensions of materialization. The
sixth mirrors the tenth, the fifth mirrors the eleventh, and the fourth the
twelfth. The Intelligence, Energy, and Substance of the first three dimensions
combined, mirrors the Trinity nature of the thirteenth dimension, Paradise.
Just as the Inner Creation reflects mostly the
internal Intelligence side of the Creation where the overall plans are blueprinted, the Outer Creation reflects mostly the externalized Substance side of
Creation where the creative plans are brought to bear.
In this respect, the Outer Creation mirrors your physical body which is an outer
action, while the Inner Creation reflects your higher consciousness which is an
inner action.
Just as the fourteenth dimension is the interface between the higher
internalized frequencies of the Creators as the Holy Trinity and their lower
externalized frequencies as Creation, the eighth dimension is the interface
between the higher internalized frequencies of the Inner Creation and the lower
externalized frequencies of the Outer Creation.
Which also mirrors in principle how the inner and outer consciousness matrixes
of all Soul Atom/Atums in projection work. Just as your higher inner consciousness matrix relates more
to your responsibilities to bear through your Intelligence factor, your lower
outer consciousness matrix relates more to your accomplishments through your materialized factors of Substance.
Just as the Inner and Outer Creations together reflect
the unifying Christ Energy principle in the middle through which the whole
extenuating purpose of Creation is expressed, your Co-Creative Christ
consciousness in the middle relates to the Only Begotten Son/Daughter as the
unifying factor within your own expression.
Closely resembled, whether great as all Creation, or
small as you walking about, is the nature of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance
within the fourteenth dimensional Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega. Where the
Cube of Substance surrounds the Sphere of Intelligence as the Mother holding the
Father in her bosom, and Energy is the begotten factor in the middle
unifying the two together as one.
Whether of the greatest or of the smallest, in all its
embodiments, the simple basic principles of the Creators are upheld. 'As above so
below'.
Also depicted by fig. 33, is the seven dimensionality of a Local Universe.
A Cube and Sphere is arbitrarily used to represent the presence of the
Triune Living Soul Atom/Atum
Creator Son/Daughter Being
at the center. (Fig. 35).

Also implied in fig. 35, for being of the same principle in
rule, is an arbitrary representation of your own living seventh dimensional
Triune Christ Living Soul Atom/Atum within your pituitary as you walk about.
Fig. 35 also gives a good sense of the fifth, sixth, and seventh
dimensional Substance vortices wrappings around your outer bodily projection as
you walk.
Through your Intelligence you are tied to the Seventh Dimension. Through your
Substance you are tied to the fifth. Through your Christ Triune Soul Atom/Atum you
are a living particle of the Creators who has formed an outer projection to be of love
and service to the Creation, where 'outer' means you have formed an outer
material body within a dimension of visibility in order to function within its
frequencies as Co-Creator to the Creation.
At the moment you are temporarily mired in the lower Substance/Energy
frequencies of the fourth dimension by misadventure, and most of you are
working very little in Christ love and service to the Creation for the Creators.
