The Creation of Alpha and Omega began with an Inner Creation followed by an Outer Creation which surrounded the Inner.

The fourteenth dimensional Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega anchored Creation. The Inner Creation was begun as the Island of Paradise.

Paradise eventually became fully populated with projected Soul Atom/Atum children of Alpha and Omega in great number. To complete the creation of the Inner Creation, the Paradisiacal cubit was expanded four more times using the first expansion rule of Chapter 3. Each expansion produced a lower dimension.

Counting the original projection of the Cube and Sphere into Paradise, five expansions were done in all to constitute the five dimensions of the Inner Creation. The dimensions were thirteen to nine. For reasons of scale only, only dimensions thirteen, twelve, and eleven are depicted with eleven being the largest. The Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega is depicted as a tiny dot at the center of the smallest cubit. (Fig. 18).

By the expansion rule, each successive lower dimension was larger in size. After the completion of the Inner Creation, a sixth expansion comprising the eighth dimension was completed around the Inner.  A seventh expansion around the eighth dimension was completed as the Outer Creation to complete the seven permuted potentials of the Father, Mother, and Only Begotten Son/Daughter.

The frequencies of the Inner Creation are completely different to those of the Outer Creation. The frequencies of the Inner Creation are based on the seven frequencies, one at a time from the Holy Trinity itself on down to the ninth dimension. The frequencies of the Outer Creations are based on the cubistic matrix of the seven different permutations all at once in conglomerate.

By virtue of the absolute difference between the frequencies of the Inner Creation and the Outer Creation, the expansion of the Inner Creation to the Outer Creation required an intermediary step of transmutation, which became the purpose and expression for the eighth dimension. In order to accommodate the transition factor, the eighth dimension was expanded in two full steps considered as one.

The first step went  from the frequencies of the Inner Creation to the frequencies of the eighth dimension. The second step went from the frequencies of the eighth dimension to the frequencies of the Outer Creation.

In the first step, the Creators expanded the ninth dimensional cubit as the first step of the eighth. In the depiction, only the ninth and eighth dimensions are shown where the eighth is the larger cubit. (Fig. 19).

Only the Outer Creation has Descending and Ascending Soul Atom/Atums. The Soul Atom/Atums of the Inner Creation are pure Triune Beings who do not normally evolve or expand in expression. The Soul Atom/Atums of the Outer Creation are conditionally Triune whose purpose is to gain experience or expand in expression.

In keeping with the principle of the seven frequencies as their dimensional expression of consciousness, regardless of the dimension in which they exist, the Soul Atom/Atums of the Inner Creation all carry the pure Triune frequencies of the ninth dimension to the fifteenth as their seven fold dimensionality of consciousness. 

Soul Atom/Atums of the Outer Creation carry  the seven frequencies tied together as their seven fold dimensionality of consciousness, and are conditionally dependent. The frequencies of the Descendancy are conditional upon the dimension in which they are projected and their accumulated experience. The frequencies of the Ascendancy are conditional upon their current level of attainment and their achieved expression.

All Beings of the Inner Creation have a good working awareness of all the dimensions of the Inner Creation regardless of dimension of projection. Beings in the Outer Creation have only a limited awareness of the other dimensions depending on their Dispensation, level of accomplishments, dimension of the projection, and state of the dimension they are in if in a lower time line condition.

Because of the absolute differences in frequency, the persona frequencies of  Soul Atom/Atums in the Inner Creation differ absolutely from those in the Outer, even if it is the same Soul Atom/Atum traveling between the two. For having the frequency orientations of both Creations, the purpose of the eighth dimension is to transmute the frequencies of the one to the other. 

The persona frequencies of all Soul Atom/Atums who pass from the Inner Creation to the Outer and visa versa, are converted by the transitional frequencies of the eighth dimension from the Pure Triune seven state absolute frequencies of the Inner Creation, into the seventh dimensional conditional Triune frequencies of the Outer Creation and visa versa.

The passage though the eighth dimensional transformer is a very long and passive process, during which the Soul Atom/Atum remains in a  state of stasis so that the process proceeds uneventfully.

By a procedure of passive de-harmonization out of the one state of Being,  then passive re-harmonization into the other through the respective stages of the eighth dimension, the respective frequencies of the Soul Atom/Atum matrixes are quietly transmuted from those of the one Creation into those of the other as the Soul Atom/Atum passes through.

As the eighth dimension is not a dimension of materialization, only the Soul Atom/Atum itself without an outer body materialization or an Inner or Outer consciousness journeys through the eighth dimension. At the end of the journey in either direction, the Soul Atom/Atum forms an outer projection within the Substance frequencies of the dimension of landing, as both the seventh and ninth dimensions are dimensions of materialization.

At the beginning of Creation, the Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega was established as the original point and center for staffs within the Even Pool, after which a point and center of radiating staffs was always existent upon which a new projection or a new creative project could be initiated.

The work of the Creators in creating their Cube and Sphere and the first subsequent cubit as Paradise paved the way. After the original projected cubit, all subsequent new cubit mid points have been created by the Co-Creative endeavours of the Soul Atom/Atums in projection, who bring new Crisscrossing staff lines in from out of chaos in the Even Pool into the harmony of their co-creative endeavours in the course of their co-creative activities.

All Soul Atom/Atums follow the same basic cubistic principle when projecting into a dimension of visibility in order to do work or initiating a project. Crisscrossing staff lines are harmonized in out of the Even Pool as required by the consciousnesses involved to create new mid points. For each new mid point created, at least two new staff lines will have been brought in from the Even Pool carrying the original Tiny Particles' standing wave frequencies sufficient enough to outline a container for a cube to be ultimately manifested around the new mid point to complete the new expression.

By the ongoing gradual incorporating of the Crisscrossing lines and frequencies of Tiny Particles of Substance into materializations, chaos is gradually being converted into order under the Will, Desire, and Action of Alpha and Omega.

Soul Atom/Atums always project into a same dimension or downwards into a lower. A move up to a higher dimension only occurs by grace. The inner matrix materialization of a projection will be of the Substance of the Soul Atom/Atum's dimension of office. The Substance of the second materialization is taken from the frequencies of the dimension into which the Soul Atom/Atum has projected.

In starting or expanding a creative project, the same overall cubistic process applies. The original idea is represented by the circle, the Starr of David upholds the plan, the action undertaken is represented by the Y Factors, and the finished result is represented by the cube.

Every created project and every stage along the way is the result of the idea which preceded it. It is possible for many consciousnesses  to collaborate together in harmony through arcs in consciousness towards a finished creative project. The very essence of Co-Creation.

As the fauna of creation do not have full Trinity aspects, their Intelligence and mind functions are maintained by Dispensary Mindal Spirits who maintain the functions as fields within the respective dimensional domains on their behalf.

At the beginning of each incarnating projection for the Ascendancy, the inner and outer matrixes are usually completely consciously distinct until the outer is brought into alignment with the inner by the harmonious conscious activity of the outer consciousness. The responsibility of an Ascendant Soul Atom/Atum is to achieve the alignment.

In third dimensional time line projections, the same is true whether you are a Descendant Being or an Ascendant. In higher dimensional Descendancy projections, the inner and outer matrixes are well harmonized. In third dimensional aberrations such as on Earth, the responsibility of Descendants is to get back into alignment. The Descendancy on Earth within the voluntary and within the 'Casted Dragon' have that responsibility before them. The current responsibility of the Ascendancy is to find that alignment.

In the materialization processes of Creation the Substance/Energy radiations of the staffs begin at the top of Creation and are passed on downwards. Staff lines are continuous throughout the dimensions and from domain to domain within a dimension, carrying their original cubit purpose plus the aggregate vibrational information accumulated from domain to domain and dimension to dimension as increasing materializations.

Materializations of any frequency in any dimension are capitulated through this pipe. This capitulated pipe for any Soul Atom/Atum anywhere in projection within Creation is called the Silver Chord.

Starting with the original interred frequencies of the Tiny Particles, staffs can carry numerous different frequencies simultaneously. The energies move up and down in both directions and do not necessarily combine. The staff energies as started begin from the top down, and such frequencies as are started from new midpoints within one domain, co-exist with the frequencies of all the others with which they are inter connected as a common trunk.

The  frequencies moving down the staffs carry information about existing higher frequency cubits into the new creative structures below as part and parcel of the new cubit's informational unity within the whole Creative process. Harmonious frequencies moving back up the staffs carry information about a particular created cubit's expression back into the Creative matrixes overhead which become greater made. All upward moving frequencies end up in the Cube and Sphere for the glorification of the Creators.

Rods contain frequencies of both polarities and are neutral within the laws of polarity. Once created within a cubit, rod energies radiate out from the mid point of the cubit as propagating frequencies like spokes of a wheel.

Rods are instrumental in expanding a cubit or in creating new cubits, but do not co-exist readily with rod radiations from other domains. Rods extend past the cube sides as radiations because of the converted staff Energy frequencies which began them at the mid points, but only somewhat. Most of the staff frequencies of rods are converted into the cube at the outermost cube sides as a definitive part of the cubit's sustained materialization process at the boundaries of the containers. 

Once having passed beyond the sides of the cube, other than mainly as remnant component for expansion continuity, the Intelligence and Substance related frequencies are left behind, and when they meet oncoming frequencies from another domain there is nothing much to interact.

Fig. 16 of Chapter 3 serves as an example. The main rod frequencies of one cubit do not connect directly to the others as do the staffs. In any cubistic matrix, the rule is the same. The radiating rod Energies allow rods to participate as mid point anchors in expansion activity, and through  lack of  relevant continuation of the Intelligence and Substance related frequencies the domains of issuance remain distinct.

One Planet is distinguished from another, a Local Universe is distinguished from another, the fifth dimension is distinct from the sixth. Individuals in their projections are distinct from one another. Super Universes are distinct from each other.

Within Soul Atom/Atum projections, the rods of one individual can influence those of another over a limited range due to the overlap of the rods and staffs within their combined inner and outer matrixes. When the frequencies are mostly from their inner matrix, the individual is deemed Saintly. When they are mostly from the outer matrix, the individual is considered despotic.

Like staffs, the extending parallel lines of the Starr of David  connect from  domain to domain and dimension to dimension carrying their aggregating vibrational information as Co-Creative plans. Like staffs, the cubistic Starr of David frequencies of a lower domain induct resultant frequencies into the Starr lines, which move back up.

The electromagnetic fields of Starrs of David in a cubistic matrix hold the Starrs together. As fig. 16 in Chapter 3 also shows,  any two connecting Starr of David end points have opposing polarities. Similarly, in any direction along the continuous lines of the Starrs of David is a part of  an Upper triangle in one Starr and part of a Lower triangle in the next.

Normally, because of the expansion factor between the polarities the Starrs of David would fly apart by the opposing polarities along the lines. However, no matter where the Starrs of David meet at their Starr ends, the electromagnetic field lines always flow from positive to negative holding the Starrs together. The electromagnetic lines of force are always much more dominant than the pressure between the polarities because of the many accumulated additional factors inherent in their makeup.

The varying polarities of the smaller and smaller different Starr of David line segments within the more and more larger Starr of David lines within a cubistic matrix, aggregate as ever increasing information about the matrixes as the matrixes get more and more complex.

The downward moving energies carry the blueprint plans and purposes of Creation. The upward moving energies return the completed frequencies to the Heart and Center of Creation as part and parcel of the ever expanding Christ expression of the Only Begotten Son.

The vibratory rate of the Starrs of David are determined by consciousness, through the original Alpha component of the Soul Atom/Atum involved and through the power of the polarity between the Will and Desire of the Soul Atom/Atums in their motivations as reflected in the power of the Y Factors by their thoughts.

The greater the Soul Atom/Atum's originating circle of Being and capacity of Will and Desire, the greater the power in the vibration and fields of the Starr of David and thus the consequent Y Factors. The greater the vibratory rate of the Y Factors, the greater the resultant incarnated projection or creative manifestation. Ascending Soul Atom/Atums starting out evolution in the fifth dimension have very small circles of Being. Creator Son/Daughter Soul Atom/Atums starting up whole Local Universes have very large circles of Being.

In their higher frequencies, Starrs of David are responsible for that called Spiritual. In the fourth dimension, the lowest frequencies of the Starrs of David are that called gravity, electromagnetism, and magnetics. The Spiritual expressions experienced by Man are from the presence of the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensional factors of their Upper consciousness matrix.

The density and frequencies of the dimensions operate oppositely to each other. When the frequency is lower the density is higher and visa versa. The third dimensional materialization in visible light in the fourth dimension has the highest density in Creation and the lowest frequency. Paradise has the lowest density and highest frequency.

In the material atoms of the third dimension, the internal pressures of the Starr of David are the mechanism behind thermodynamics. Standing wave frequencies moving along the Y Factor container segments transfer from one cubit to another along the staffs  in quantum units as that known as heat.

Throughout all of Creation, in the original animus set up by the Creators, like polarities attract and opposites repel. By an interactive conversion of the polarities between the upper and lower triangles, an electromagnetic field is created wherein the relationship is changed to opposites attracting and likes repelling. Before the interaction, though opposites, the opposing vibrations of the upper and lower triangles of the Starr of David are interwoven and emanate outward together as a combined power of attraction in addition to the electromagnetic field.

The emanating attraction of the upper triangle component is experienced in all frequencies of all dimensions as that known as Love. The emanating attraction of the lower triangle is experienced in all frequencies of all dimensions as that felt as Love.

The lower triangle emanations operate additionally within the Matter Substance frequencies of the fourth dimension as the attraction power known as gravity. The lower frequency gravity attraction helps keep the Outer Creation together as function and form. The higher frequency love attractions help keep the Outer Creation together as family and friends.

In the descending order of the dimensions, the downward outward moving upper Y Factor frequencies in a higher frequency staff,  feed out through the bottom end of the cubit into the inward moving Y Factor related frequencies of the lower frequency staff through the top end of its cubit. The continuous Substance materializations from the Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega to the lowest levels of Creation are brought down through this interconnection.

The upwardly radiating rod frequencies generating from the mid point of the outer matrix of fig. 24,  superimpose on the staffs of the inner matrix, and are converted into new staff frequencies which move back up the staffs independently of the normal downward moving frequencies already present. Becoming part of the upward migrating whole.

From even the lowest levels of consciousness in Creation, the frequencies of accomplished creative works are returned back up the pipeline to the Cube and Sphere of Alpha for their aggrandizement.  

Through Co-Creative endeavours, more and more radial mid points are becoming fixed in from out of the Crisscrossing lines of the  Even Pool. More and more Starrs of David are being emanated, and more and more materializations are becoming completed in manifestation as more and more rods are being created in Co-Creative result. Enabling yet more expansion.

Creation ever expands, and the ever expanding total Christ expression of the Only Begotten Son ever expands under the guidance, direction, and protection of the Creators.

As more and more of the Crisscrossing lines become harmonized into conscious cubistic structures from out of the Even Pool, more and more of  the Even Pool is becoming converted out of darkness into light.
